Are there accessible rooms at the Park Hotel?

There are rooms on the ground floor in the Comfort and Comfort Plus categories with low-entry showers.

Are pets allowed at the Park Hotel?

Pets are allowed as long as they are not allowed on the furniture and a cleaning fee of 15.00 EUR is paid.

What are the cancellation policies at the Park Hotel?

As a rule, we grant a free cancellation period up to one day before arrival at 00:00. For group bookings (>5 rooms), individual conditions may apply.

What are the check-in and check-out times at the Park Hotel?

- Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM

Is there an option for early check-in or late check-in?

For early check-in between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, we can hand over the keys to you, but we cannot guarantee that the room will be ready at that time.

A check-in after 8:00 PM is also possible using our key box. Please inform us on the day of arrival, and we will provide you with instructions for key collection.

Is there an option for early check-out or late check-out?

For early check-out, simply drop the keys into the key box slot. The billing must already be completed for early check-out.

For late check-out, we charge up to 50% of the full room rate (according to the price list) until 2:00 PM. For a check-out after 2:00 PM, the hotel is entitled to charge the customer 90% of the full room rate (according to the price list) due to the excessive use of the room.

Does the hotel offer an airport transfer?

No, unfortunately, we do not.

Are there parking facilities at the hotel?

The hotel offers a private parking lot, which is available to all hotel guests free of charge.

Does the Park Hotel offer free Wi-Fi?

Each room is equipped with our free and password-free Wi-Fi.

Is there a restaurant or bar at the hotel?

There is no restaurant service, but we do have a bar and an outdoor area where we can serve you until 8:00 PM.

Does the hotel offer room service?

We are happy to clean your room upon request during your stay by hanging the door sign. For any other concerns, please contact the reception.

Are there conference or event rooms at the hotel?

Unfortunately, we only have our breakfast room. If this meets your needs, please call us to book it. The price is 25.00 EUR/hour net.

What attractions are there near the Park Hotel?

In Konz, the Saarmündung, the Westwall Museum, and the Roscheider Hof Open-Air Museum are very popular.

Other reachable destinations include Trier, Saarburg, and Luxembourg.

Is there a fitness room or a spa at the hotel?

The hotel has a sauna with two cabins, a relaxation room, and showers.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

This depends on the room rate. Please check the title to see if breakfast is included.

What are the breakfast times at the Park Hotel?

- On weekdays: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- On weekends and holidays: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Are there vegetarian or vegan options for breakfast? What about gluten intolerance?

For breakfast, we offer various types of sausages, cheeses, muesli, tomatoes, cucumbers, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, yogurt, and pancakes.

For gluten intolerance, we recommend bringing gluten-free rolls, which we can bake for you.

Are there extra beds or baby cots available?

For children up to 15 years old, we offer our Comfort Double Rooms Plus with sofa beds or extra beds. We also have baby cots available.

Is there a 24-hour reception?

The reception is staffed as follows:

- 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM on weekdays
- 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM on weekends and holidays
- 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM by phone only
- 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- 8:00 PM - 7:00 AM not staffed or reachable by phone. In emergencies, please ring twice.
